To process your refund request quickly, we require a short video recorded during the unboxing of the product clearly showing the issue or defect. This helps us verify the problem and resolve your request faster.

Once the issue is verified by our support team, your refund will be processed promptly.


Non-Eligible Refunds

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • The product has already been shipped or delivered successfully.

  • Change of mind after placing the order.

  • Incorrect usage or mishandling of the product.

  • The product is no longer needed.

  • The product works correctly but cannot be used due to incorrect installation, personal setup, or environmental limitations.

Cancellation Policy
